عفونت همزمان آدنوویروس با ویروس انفلوانزای خوکی نوع A و آدنوویروس با ویروس سینسیشیال تنفسی: گزارش دو مورد
Background: Respiratory virus infections represent a major public health problem because of their worldwide occurrence, ease of spread in the community and considerable morbidity and mortality. They are one of the most common reasons for hospitalization of children under the age of six. متن کاملConstrictive Pericarditis Accompanied by Swine-Origin Influenza A (H1N1) Infection
Swine-origin influenza A (H1N1) is caused by a new strain of the influenza virus. The disease has spread rapidly and was declared a pandemic in April, 2009. So far, however, there is a scarcity of information regarding the complications of swine influenza. A report of the disease in the winter of 2009 in the Southern Hemisphere found that the most common manifestations of influenza A virus infe...

All influenza viruses of significance in swine are type A, subtype H1N1, H1N2, or H3N2 viruses. Swine Influenza is a respiratory disease of pig caused by Type A influenza viruses. Influenza A causes moderate to severe illness and affects all age gro...
متن کاملPreferential lower respiratory tract infection in swine-origin 2009 A(H1N1) influenza.
We report a case of 2009 influenza A(H1N1) virus infection in which virus was detected predominantly in specimens from the lower respiratory tract but was absent or at very low levels in nasopharyngeal swab samples. This presentation suggests that, in certain hosts or for particular variants of 2009 A(H1N1) virus, the lower respiratory tract may be the preferred site of infection.
